Voting will be validated by the BCCL’s IT team and jury panel for the contest. Any discrepancies found in voting numbers, BCCL Maharashtra Times has all rights to check and declare genuine voting count.
Contestants who have been selected as Finalist in the Top 20 from any of the location in the past years are not allowed to participate in Shravan Queen 2023.
The Finalists shortlisted from Mumbai will attend grooming sessions in Mumbai and will be part of Mumbai City Finale. Winner and two runners up from Mumbai City Finale will attend state-level, grooming session in Mumbai and will compete in the State Finale.
The Finalists shortlisted for Nagpur will attend grooming sessions in Nagpur and participate in Nagpur City Finale. Winner and two runners up from Nagpur City Finale will attend state-level, grooming session in Mumbai and will be part of the Mumbai Grand Finale.
The Finalists selected for Pune, Aurangabad, and Kolhapur will attend grooming sessions in Pune and will be part of Pune City Finale. Winner and two runners up from Pune City Finale will attend state-level, grooming session in Mumbai and will compete in the State Finale.
The Finalists shortlisted from Nashik will attend grooming sessions in Nashik and participate in the Nashik City Finale. Winner and two runners up from Nashik City Finale will attend state-level, grooming session at Mumbai and will compete in the Mumbai State Finale.
To summarise, winners and runners up from Mumbai, Pune, Nashik, and Nagpur city finales will be competing with each other in the State Grand Finale at Mumbai.
Contestant should be available from Audition date to Grand finale with Maharashtra Times
Shortlisted candidates for audition will be informed on phone & should be available from next day itself.
Girls selected for the city finales will be informed either on audition date / subsequently by Maharashtra times on phone & final decision taken by Maharashtra times will be binding for all the participants.
Contestants need to arrange for their own transport and accommodation while traveling to locations for grooming sessions, city finale and Grand Finale in Mumbai.
Contestants will have to wear apparels provided by Maharashtra Times during any of the phases, if it’s a procedural requirement.
Contestants may have to purchase apparels, footwear, accessories, etc in case the organisers ask them for any particular round during the pageant.
Maharashtra Times shall not be liable to contestants and/or any third party in any manner whatsoever for any injury.
Maharashtra Times shall not be held responsible if the sponsors do not reward qualifiers with the prizes promised by them.
Maharashtra Times reserves the right of disqualifying any entry of the contestant if the same is not as per the terms of Shravan Queen.
The selection of participants for auditions will be sole discretion of Maharashtra Times
Maharashtra Times shall not be liable for any delays or non-receipt of applications for any account and for any reason whatsoever.
Eligibility criteria:
– Between 18 years – under 25 years (Under 25 – as of August 1, 2023)
– Unmarried
– Height above 5 feet 3 inch
Maharashtra Times and/or its Group Companies shall have the right to use the said details in any manner whatsoever, once the contestant submits their details including contact number, email id etc.
The Jury / Voters shall choose the contestant to make them eligible for next phase basis criteria defined by Organizers and/or Jury. Winners will be chosen by a panel of judges constituted by the organizers. The judge’s decision will be final & binding. Maharashtra Times holds the final rights to choose the contestant/winner in case of a tie or equal points being met.
Contestants have to sign formal agreement(s) with Maharashtra Times in subsequent phases and Winners & Contestants will have to make themselves available for events/ activities of Maharashtra Times for no financial consideration as and when required with prior intimation for promotional purpose. This binding will be valid for a period of 3 years from the day of the contest.
Contestants will promote the product of brand sponsoring the event during the contest period
Maharashtra Times reserves the right to amend, withdraw or revise these conditions at any time without giving any prior notice.
Maharashtra Times shall have the right to cancel this Contest at any time for any reason.
The schedule of the Contest and qualification phases are subject to change at the discretion of the Maharashtra Times
Maharashtra Times shall not be held responsible for non-completion / non-occurrence of the Contest and/or any phase of the contest
This Contest shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of this Contest will be referred to a sole Arbitrator to be appointed by BCCL on behalf of Maharashtra Times, whose decision shall be final and binding on the parties. The place of Arbitration shall be Mumbai. The Courts at Mumbai alone shall have exclusive jurisdiction to entertain any dispute with regard to the contest

Physical fitness is important for participation. Maharashtra times will not be responsible for any illness caused during the period of participation.
